NEW This year, there are some changes for our big New Year's Eve Bash #4 at the Doubletree in Bloomington. Dinner reservations will be available but no longer included in the room package pricing this year. The room package will just be a room & ticket package. They will still include a breakfast buffet brunch the next morning from about 10:30 to 12:30. The good news is that the room packages will be $165 + tax instead of the past $199. Other package options will also be available;room with 3 tickets $185 + tax, room with 4 tickets $219 + tax, etc. They won't offer the "free" hospitality rooms for groups of 10 or more anymore, but they will have options to book those packages too. Ticket prices will be $22.00 + tax advance and $27.00 + tax at the door. You should be able to start booking room packages with the hotel by tomorrow, Nov. 2. Until I have a more direct number to call, try calling the hotel at 952-835-7800. Posters, flyers and ads are coming soon.

TICKETS NOW AVAILABLE Click on the button below and print your receipt. You will have to bring it to the show to get your wristband at Will Call. All sales final/no refunds.

Thanks to everyone for all the well wishes, phone calls and cards.

We're back in the van next week and I have to say I'm tired of being cooped up in the house driving my poor wife crazy.

Thanks to Rick Holmes, Dave Braun, Dave Miller and the Blues Disciples for letting me sit in the last two weeks.

Our first gig back will be at The Knuckle Down Saloon, Madison, WI with Westside Andy on harp.  Show starts at 9pm.

On Wednesday November 13th, I'll be the guest host of the Rick Holmes Jam at The American Legion Post 449 in Brookfield, WI at 7:30pm

Friday, November 15th, we're back at Buddy Guy's Legends, 700 S. Wabash Ave, Chicago, Il at 9:30pm.   Get there early and see Dave Herrero at 9pm.  He's an excellent guitarist and singer.

Saturday, November 16th, we're at Deja Vu Martini Lounge, Appleton, WI at 9pm.  Looking forward to seeing everyone.

RIP to my friend Benny Reno.

I'm on recliner duty per doctor's orders.  This includes watching all episodes of The Soprano's, Deadwood, Hell on Wheels, Battlestar Galactica, Little Britain, Modern Family and Breaking Bad.  Reading detective novels, science fiction, Napoleon and Thomas Cromwell's biographies.  I am forced to play cribbage, cards and other tortures with my wife and PT LOL.

I am on the mend and thank everyone for the calls, texts, FB and visits. Looking forward to seeing everyone soon. ~ Rev

Been a busy summer.  August is half over for Christ's sake.  Had a ball at all the festivals and great to see everyone.  Played with my old bandmates the Blues Disciples today, along with Benny Rickun, PT, Joe on piano and Steve on the tubs.  Great to play with such fine musicians.  Thanks to Kats Sass for lending us their drummer Steve who did a great job. Here's our schedule for this week:
